Sam has over a decade of experience in the industry & has worked for several publications in a variety of exciting roles.

Currently, she serves as a features journalist for Boys By Girls Magazine and Musaholic Magazine, among others. She has written newsletters and hosted digital events for the indie-folk band Sleep Walking Animals, and has also worked for Static Media as a news writer, editor, and interviewer where she spoke with notable artists like Jamie Dornan, Melissa Leo, and Bella Thorne. ​
Sam has also served as a features journalist for 1883 Magazine, House of Solo Magazine, and Pentagon Magazine for the print and digital facets of each publication. She profiled numerous actors and musicians, including Palaye Royale, Ellie Bamber, Tom Brittney, and India Mullen.​
Priding herself on her ability to create a comfortable atmosphere with everyone she interviews, Sam is a passionate conversationalist who strives for familiarity and kindness. Each interview is reflective of her ability to lead from a place of connection and compassion.
In the past, she has been the social media manager for Your Best Fashion Finds, a travel writer for The Discoverer, and a culture writer for digital publications including Medium and The Attic on Eighth, where she discussed literature, film and television, relationships, and mental health.
Sam has also contributed essays on writing, author interviews, and book reviews to Write or Die Magazine, along with reviews of forthcoming books for publishers such as Tin House, Unnamed Press, and Flatiron Books.
